After previously publishing a video contrasting gas vs diesel fuel savings within the HD truck space (https://youtu.be/24Lnj959WoA), I got a lot of comments on that video asking if higher diesel resale value would help recoup the negated fuel savings and give the diesel truck owner a more favorable position financially after selling the diesel truck. So is the classic diesel resale argument true? Or, is it a myth? Are you better off financially buying a gas HD truck or a diesel HD truck? Well, in this week's video I share a real world example between two truck owners. Gus who bought a gasser and Dean who bought a diesel. Follow along and let's see how Gus and Dean fare.

A few more photos from Fort Mountain State Park. They opened up the restored fire tower for a little bit on Saturday for folks to climb to the top. The tree line was quite a bit shorter when it was built in the 1930s, but they did a great job restoring the upper wooden structure, keeping details to the original. I definitely recommend stopping by for a few days...it's a beautiful park.

So, I gotta confess it doesn't quite look like this to the naked eye here in Georgia tonight, but with a slow shutter and time lapse, the camera phone can pick up some pretty neat detail with the geomagnetic storm passing across the north.
